  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Payments can be made securely online or via our mobile card machines upon delivery/installation.

  • Cash on Delivery / Installation: You can pay in cash directly to our team once your products are delivered or the installation is completed to your satisfaction.

  • Bank Transfer: For large residential or commercial projects, we accept direct bank transfers. Please contact our team for our IBAN details.

  • Digital Wallets: We accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay via our card terminals.

2. Payment Policy For Custom Orders

Since our curtains, blinds, and motorized systems are custom-made to your specific measurements, our payment structure is as follows:

  • Advance Deposit: A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm your order and begin the manufacturing process (cutting fabric and assembling tracks).

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon delivery or successful installation.

  • SSL Encryption: Our website uses verified SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment data during online checkout.

  • Data Privacy: We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. All online transactions are processed through authorized and secure third-party payment gateways.

All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). If you are using an international card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
