  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product includes all original packaging, tags, accessories (hooks, tie-backs), and the invoice.
  • Custom-made or made-to-measure curtains are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-sized curtains, blinds, or tracks that were cut to your specific measurements.
  • Motorized systems that have been installed or programmed.
  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning (washing or dry cleaning errors), or negligence.
  • Items damaged during self-installation (if not installed by the Fixit Curtain team).
  1. Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., fabric flaws, mechanism issues):

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery or installation.
  • Provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.
  • We will arrange for an inspection and offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund based on the assessment.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting or production has begun.
