At Fixit Curtain, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in supplying and installing high-quality curtains, blinds, and motorized systems. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product includes all original packaging, tags, accessories (hooks, tie-backs), and the invoice.
- Custom-made or made-to-measure curtains are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom-sized curtains, blinds, or tracks that were cut to your specific measurements.
- Motorized systems that have been installed or programmed.
- Clearance or discounted items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning (washing or dry cleaning errors), or negligence.
- Items damaged during self-installation (if not installed by the Fixit Curtain team).
- Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., fabric flaws, mechanism issues):
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery or installation.
- Provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.
- We will arrange for an inspection and offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund based on the assessment.
- Cancellation Policy
- Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting or production has begun.
